2. In the order dated February 5, 2025, we had directed the Legal Remembrancer to regularize the appearance of Mr. Asish Kumar Guha, learned advocate, who was directed to appear in the matter on behalf of the State.

3. Mr. Guha, learned advocate was assisted by Mr. Benazir Ahmed, learned advocate. Therefore, the appearance of Mr. Benazir Ahmed, learned advocate also be regularized by the Legal Remembrancer.

4. This order shall form part of the order dated February 5, 2025.
