Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the efflux of time there remains nothing to pursue this matter and the order which was passed under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code is of no force. Learned counsel, however, submits that necessary orders may be passed disposing of the criminal revision and vacate the stay order, if any, Learned counsel, Mr. Rana Mukherjee and Pravas Bhattacharya, represents the State. Appropriate Authority is requested to regularize their appointments.

The criminal revision filed under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. directed against order dated 27.01.2010 passed by Learned Executive and Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta in connection with M. Case No. 35 of 2010 under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code has lost its force by virtue of Section 144 (4) of Cr.P.C. The Criminal Revision is infructuous by

now as the same is disposed of. Interim order of stay if any, in this case is vacated.

Let a copy of this order be transmitted to the Court of Learned Executive and Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta for necessary information.
