The appellants and the respondents have jointly submitted before this Court that the issues have been amicably settled between the parties in terms of the pleadings in paragraph 7 to paragraph 14 of CAN 3 of 2025. The respondents are agreed to pay and has paid a sum of Rs.35,38,230/- to the appellant/KMDA.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this appeal.

Hence, FMA 398 of 2012 is disposed of. Accordingly, CAN 3 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of. Consequently, all other pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. 4.
