It appears that the Sub-Divisional Officer, Diamond Harbour, has passed a reasoned order dated February 24, 2025.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the Sub-Divisional Officer has declined to interfere with the construction in question for the reasons recorded in the said order.

Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has no subsisting grievance.

Accordingly, WPA 4278 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
