1. It appears that in the order dated 24th March, 2026 in paragraph 2 line no. 3 thereof a typographical error has crept in while recording the premises number.

2. Let the premises number which has been incorrectly recorded as '9/1, Chamru Khansama Lane' be corrected to read as '9/1A, Chamru Khansama Lane'. Same mistake has occurred at page no. 3 paragraph 6 in the 8th line thereof. Same correction be also carried out, in respect thereof.

3. This apart, while recording the appearance of the parties in the first page the name of the petitioner's Advocate, namely, Mr. Gazi Faruque

WPA 4412 of 2026 Hossain has been incorrectly recorded. Let the same also be corrected.

4. Department is directed to incorporate the aforesaid corrections in the order dated 24th March, 2026.

5. Let the aforesaid order be made part of the order dated 24th March, 2026. The other portions of the order remain unaltered.
