The petitioner is the employee of the Railways and seeks benefits of pension under the Railway Pension Rules. The petitioner is required to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal under the provisions of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985.

With liberty reserved to the petitioner, to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal on the self same cause of action, the writ petition is dismissed. 3.

There will be no order as to costs.
