The order dated 11th January, 2021 is the subject matter of challenge in this appeal and application and the direction was in the said order to place WPA 2057 of 2020 along with WP 13760(w) of 2019 in the monthly list of March 2021 under the heading "Hearing".

This order is not an appealable order under clause 15 of the Letters Patent. The said order has not decided any dispute between the parties. Accordingly the appeal and the connected application are dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merit of the case.
