However, at the time of call, none appears for either of the parties. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, C.O. No. 1862 of 1995 is dismissed for default.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, passed in connection with the matter, stands automatically vacated. The Lower Court Records, if arrived in the meantime, be sent back to the trial court.
