1. The order dated 8th April, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the fourth and fifth lines of paragraph five of the first page of the order dated 8th April, 2024, the expression "gratuity" shall stand deleted and the expression "next date of retirement" shall stand deleted and the expression "13th April, 2010" be added.

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 8th April, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 8th April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
