It appears that by an order dated 08.03.2022 passed by this Court in CRM(A) 1150 of 2022, anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner, inter alia, by imposing a condition that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once a fortnight till conclusion of investigation.

As per the report submitted by the State, which is taken on record, investigation is already over and a charge-sheet has been submitted. So, there is no need to meet the investigating officer any further as a condition of anticipatory bail.

The report also states that the petitioner has complied with the order.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard. Accordingly, the application for relaxation of bail being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
