...... petitioners Mr. Amitava Karmakar Mr. Ziaul Haque ....for the petitioners Mr. Binoy Panda Ms. Pushpita saha ....for the State Live bombs were recovered from the house belonging to the petitioner no. 2.

The petitioner no. 1 is the son of the petitioner no. 2. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the incident.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 809 of 2023 is dismissed.
