The petitioner claims that he is unable to enter his residence as the private respondents are obstructing his egress and ingress.

To that effect, information were sent to the police authorities, but, till date, no action have been taken by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflect that the petitioner took a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- from the private respondent no.4 as an advance offering

his flat to be sold to her and fled away without repaying the amount.

Be that as it may, the petitioner and the private respondent no.4 are known to each other and there have been transactions. The nature of the transactions relate to a question of facts.

The petitioner, if so advised, would approach the jurisdictional civil and/or criminal court thereby invoking the necessary provisions of law.

However, the police authorities would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place over the issue if the petitioner intends to go and stay at his residence.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4299 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
