Mr. Md. Younush Mondal ..... for the applicants/petitioners We have considered the averments made in the contempt application. Averments regarding noncompliance of the order dated 07.08.2013 are vague and non-specific. Hence, we find no reason to entertain this contempt application.

We, however, observe if the applicants/petitioners are aggrieved by the action of the respondents, they are at liberty to seek appropriate redress in accordance with law.

With this observation, the contempt application being CPAN 213 of 2018 is dismissed.
