Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners pray for bail on the ground of delay in trial. Bail prayer of co-accused had been turned down in October, 2023 and trial court was directed to conclude trial within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence. Time frame proposed by this Court has not expired as yet. Allegations involve recovery of a large volume of narcotics i.e. 39,800 pieces of yaba tablets which is above commercial quantity. Bail prayer had been rejected earlier on merits. 3.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners either on the ground of merits or delay in trial. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
