Learned counsel for the State produces the case diary and opposes the prayer for bail.

It appears from the case diary that the petitioners have been named by witnesses as the principal assailants and material available in the case diary sufficiently implicates the petitioners in the alleged offence.

Considering the material available on record including the post mortem report of the victim as well as the nature and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application is disposed of.
