Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that the alleged contemnors have complied with the order and shall continue to comply with the order in question. It appears that the alleged contemnors had arranged for necessary police help. But, the petitioner could not arrange for Amin for the measurement of the land on that particular date.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they would be able to arrange for Amin soon and would be praying for necessary help from the police. It does not appear that the order passed by this Court on 17.01.2024 has been violated by the alleged contemnors.

Accordingly, CPAN 336 of 2025 is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs.
