Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner as well as the State is present.

The investigating officer is also present pursuant to the verbal directions passed by this Court. There were some anomalies in the report which were placed earlier, the same has been corrected with the leave of the Court. The investigating officer of the case submits that the investigation is almost complete and presumably on the next date charge-sheet would be submitted before the jurisdictional Court against the accused persons so named in the report.

In view of the aforesaid the purpose for which the writ petition has been filed is subserved. The investigating officer will act in accordance with the report which has been submitted before this Court and take steps. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation, petitioner would be at liberty to approach

the jurisdictional Court, thereby invoking the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 4299 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
