Material on record suggests that he helped the principal accused persons to dispose of the dead body after the victim was murdered. The petitioner drove the vehicle in which the dead body was taken to the water body for disposal.

Considering the extent of complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence as well as nature and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
