1. The petitioner prayer before the Additional District Sub-Register Sadar, Berhampore for supply of certified copy of certain registered documents is pending consideration for a considerable period of time.

3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to take into consideration the petitioner's prayer in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. The learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward the copy of the communication seeking the documents to the ADSR at the time of communication of the order.

5. The connecting application being CAN 1 of 2025 is also disposed of.
