The present revisional application was filed for setting aside of an order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court -1, Krishnagar relating to Nakashi Para P.S. Case No. 167 of 2017 for the offence punishable under sections 447/427/326/307/34 IPC. Considering the offence alleged and the materials on record, the prayer of the petitioner for withdrawal of the case is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this revision.

The criminal revision is disposed of being withdrawn.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court for information and compliance.
