The petitioner is claiming that her brother participated in the 1st Regional Level Selection Test2010 for recruitment of the post of Group-'D' staff in the Government aided school and he was declared eligible but till date has not been given appointment. Dr. Patra, learned Counsel for the West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits that the writ petition is not maintainable at the instance of the sister of a candidate, besides the said selection process since was over long back, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of limitation alone. I am at one with Dr. Patra.

W.P.A. 4308 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
