1. Mr. Abhishek Banerjee, learned advocate is requested to appear on behalf of the Punjab National Bank. A copy of the writ petition be served upon Mr. Banerjee within the course of the day.

2. The petitioner submits that he was never a guarantor in respect of the loan taken by the erstwhile company, Purulia Metal Casting Private Limited. The writ petition was filed for a direction that investigation by the Central Investigating Agency should be initiated against the wrongdoers.

3. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the matters are now pending before the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-2 and the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to urge all his grievances before the respective fora where the proceedings in relation to the loan and other issues are pending.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. All parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
