03.01.2023 S/L No.34 KS C.R.R. 454 of 2021 Ramesh Kumar Newatia -Vs.- Manju Newatia The revisional application was preferred against the inordinate delay and/or refusal in providing certified copy of order dated 22.01.2021 passed by the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Calcutta in Misc. Execution Case No.73 of 2019. The prayer made in the revisional application was for setting aside of the order dated 22.01.2021 and the interim order, as prayed for, is in respect of stay of the Misc. Execution Case No.73 of 2019. I have considered the application relating to Misc. Execution Case No.73 of 2019 wherein the wife has prayed for realization of Rs.98,000/- by claiming the dues which accrued in different months for either non-payment or part payment.

I have considered the contention advanced in the revisional application and I find that no grounds have been made out for interference of this Court. The petitioner further has not pursued diligently with the present revisional application. In fact, the present revisional application was a ploy to deprive the private opposite party of her entitlement. Accordingly, C.R.R. 454 of 2021 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
