1. The matter has come up under the caption "To Be Mentioned" to correct the cause title by deleting the name of Smt. Uma Shaw and incorporating the name of Sri Kishan Shaw & Ors. in her place.

2. Copies of the order dated December 11, 2023 and 2nd August, 2023 along with the application for bringing on record the death of the opposite party no.3 Smt. Kamini Jaiswal filed before the Court are taken on record.

3. It appears from the record that by order dated 28th June, 2023 the death of opposite party no.1, Smt. Uma Shaw, was recorded and expunged from the cause title and the name of her legal heirs and representatives were already on record as opposite party nos.2 and 3 in the cause title. Accordingly, necessary changes were made in the cause title of the revisional application. However, in the judgment dated 11th March, due to inadvertent typographical mistake the name of the opposite party has been mentioned as Smt. Uma Shaw & Ors. and the same be read as Sri Kishan Shaw & Ors. Let the same be corrected. This order shall form part of the judgment dated 11th March, 2025.
