with COT 8 of 2015 In the order dated 6th December, 2022, due to typing mistake in 4th paragraph at page 19, appeal no. FMA 3288 of 2013 was written as FMA 1294 of 2013. Accordingly, FMA 1294 of 2013 be replaced by "FMA 3288 of 2013" in 4th paragraph at page 19 of the order dated 6th December, 2022.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction accordingly.

The other remaining portions of the order dated 6th December, 2022 will remain unchanged.
