Mr. Krishna Das Poddar, learned advocate with Mr. Surajit Maity, learned advocate appears for the petitioner. None appears for the alleged contemnor.

This is a contempt proceeding arising from an order dated November 11, 2024 passed by this Court. Mr.

Krishna Das Poddar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has submitted the reasoned orders dated March 6, 2025 and March 13, 2025, the same are taken on record.

The reasoned orders show that, following the direction of this Court dated November 11, 2024 after granting an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned the reasoned orders were passed.

Learned advocate for the petitioner now raises his grievance with regard to the correctness of the reasoned orders.

Such plea is not available to the petitioner in contempt jurisdiction.

In the event the petitioner is aggrieved with the said reasoned orders he shall have to challenge the same in accordance with law, if he is permitted to do so in law. This Court is satisfied that, there is no act of contempt as alleged on the part of the alleged contemnor. The direction of this Court dated November 11, 2024 stands complied with, the moment the reasoned orders have been passed.

In view of the above, this contempt proceeding, CPAN 337 of 2025 stands dropped and closed.

The contempt application CPAN 337 of 2025 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
