Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' representation dated 8th January, 2020 which is Annexure P-4 of the writ application requires to be considered by the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Paschim Bardhaman, the respondent no.4. Learned advocate for the State submits that this matter may be considered by his client.

Considering such submissions, I direct the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Paschim Bardhaman, the respondent no.4 to consider the representation dated 8th January, 2020 which is Annexure P-4 of the writ application after giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and other interested parties also and to take a decision within a period of three months from date and communicate the decision to the parties within two weeks thereafter. This writ application is disposed of.
