1. None for the petitioner.

2. Nobody appeared for the petitioner on 31.07.2025 also.

3. On previous occasion also petitioner did not argue the matter.

4. The respondent nos.8 and 9 filed their affidavit-in-opposition and contended that allegations of the petitioner are vague and ambiguous. They denied all the allegations in their counter.

5. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

6. The petitioner has also not chosen to file any exception to the affidavit-in-opposition filed by respondent nos.8 and 9.

7. Thus, This PIL is disposed of with the observation that if petitioner is still aggrieved by selfsame cause, he may file a comprehensive

representation before the respondent nos. 4 and 5 along with copy of this order within 30 days from today.

8. In the event such representation is preferred, respondent nos.4 and 5 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.

9. With the aforesaid observation, this PIL is disposed of.

10. In the event, the said respondents take cognizance of petitioner's fresh representation it will be lawful for the said authority to hear the respondent nos.8 and 9 also before taking a final decision.
