Anindya Barat v. Debomita Barat

S/L 3 27.9.2022 Court No.652 SD CO 664 of 2020 Sri Anindya Barat Vs.

Smt. Debomita Barat nee Sengupta Due to inadvertence, some mistakes occurred in the order dated September 20, 2022.

In the second line of the first paragraph of the first page of the said order the date "20.11.2009" shall be deleted and in its place "20.11.2019" shall be inserted.

In the fourth line of the first paragraph of the first page of the order, the word "Matrimonial Suit No.237 of 2013" shall be deleted and in its place "Matrimonial Suit No.237 of 2014" shall be inserted.

Let the same be treated as part of the order dated September 20, 2022. Rest of the order dated September 20, 2022 remains unaltered.
