Matinur Sardar Mr. Kallol Guha Thakurata Mr. Wasim Rahaman .........for the petitioner. The fundamental issue raised in this revisional application is that Misc. Appeal No. 35 of 2016 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Bashirhat and Lower Court Record has not been received by the Appellate Court in spite of several reminders. In the aforesaid view of the matter, I do not find any reason to serve any notice upon the opposite party. Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court Bashirhat, North 24 Parganas is requested to send the Lower Court Records within 7 days from the date of receipt of this order.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court Bashirhat, North 24 Parganas.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
