It is submitted by the Counsel for the alleged contemnor that all the contributions of the employer and the penalties levied by the Provident Fund Authority have been paid to the account of the deceased employee with the Provident Fund Authority. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this proceeding. 3.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps for release of her pension under the Provident Fund Act in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.
