Tech Examination though he had passed the said examination in the year 2018 from Camelia School of Engineering & Technology, Barasat, Kolkata - 700 124.

Ms. Mitra, learned advocate appearing for the university has made over a copy of letter dated May 6, 2024, issued by the college to the Controller of Examination, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, whereby the college expressed its willingness to provide the 4th semester mark-sheet and degree certificate to the petitioner after signing the register as normal practice.

Ms. Mitra has also handed over a copy of the letter dated May 6, 2024, addressed to the petitioner by the college in the same line.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition. The petitioner shall visit the college personally within a period of one-week from date and the college shall provide the relevant mark-sheet and the certificate upon compliance of all formalities.

Accordingly, WPA 4401 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
