Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, upon instruction, that the contempt application has become infructuous since the writ petition, being W.P.A. 20179 of 2019 has already been dismissed as withdrawn by an order dated 16th November, 2021 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

In view thereof, the contempt application, being CPAN 176 of 2020 is dismissed.
