Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mrs. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. The present application has been preferred challenging the chargesheet filed in connection with Singur P. S. Case No. 276 of 2022 dated 03-07-2022 wherein the petitioners charged for alleged commission of offence under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code. The revisional application do not contain the chargesheet or the accompanying documents under Sections 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. As such, no interference can be made by this court at this premature stage. The petitioners are granted liberty to canvass such points after receipt of the copies under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned Magistrate by way of taking out application under Section 239 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure. Learned Magistrate would consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made by this court while disposing of this revisional application. . With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 636 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
