The private respondents/son and daughter-inlaw have been taken into custody. They have a three month old child.

Counsel for the petitioner and her husband submits that they do not want their son and daughterin-law to remain in custody anymore. Hence, they shall be released on bail with the condition that they shall furnish a bond of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned ACJM.

The son and daughter-in-law are warned against any misbehaviour in future with the petitioner or her husband. They shall not interfere with the peaceful living of the petitioner and her husband.

Counsel for the petitioner and her husband also submits that they do not want their son and daughterin-law to live with them. In these circumstances, the private respondents shall make arrangement for living elsewhere. They shall not enter the house of the petitioner.

Uluberia Police shall complete the investigation in the subject FIR and submit final report in the matter before the concerned magistrate.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
