This revisional application is filed for quashing the proceeding corresponding to GR Case No. 69 of 2017 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas arising out of Bidhannagar P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 under Section 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners is present and has filed one death certificate of petitioner, Aditya Mukherjee @ Aditya Lal Mukherjee and prays for disposal of this case. The death certified of the petitioner be kept with the record.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, particularly the death of the petitioner, this instant revisional application has become infructuous and stands dismissed.

Accordingly, CRR 476 of 2018 stands dismissed as infructous.
