1. This is a joint compromise application filed by both the parties accompanied with affidavits of Tarak Chandra Mondal, Attorney of the husband and Minakshi Biswas, wife. Both of them also appeared virtually and have stated that they have settled the matter amicably and voluntarily without any fear, force or coercion.

2. Mr. Nandadulal Ghosh, Assistant Commissioner of Police is present and has duly identified them.

Tarak Chandra Mondal has also filed a detailed supplementary affidavit affirming the statement between the parties.

4. A detailed affidavit of Ms. Minakshi Biswas has also been filed affirming the amicable settlement without any force, fear or coercion. Let the affidavits be taken on record.

5. It is a matrimonial dispute and both the parties have settle the matter without fear, force or coercion. In view of such settlement there would be no purpose to continue with the present proceeding. Hence, all the proceeding arising out of Titagarh P. S. Case No. 126 of 2004 dated 19.04.2004 under Sections 498A/420/406/120B IPC and all proceedings emanated therefrom are quashed.

6. The parties are held bound by their settlement.

7. Personal appearance of Assistant Commissioner of Police stands dispensed with.

8. Accordingly the revisional application and the connected application are disposed of.
