Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that even after producing a certificate in diploma in Elementary education, the West Bengal Board of Primary Education has refused to accept the same. Mr. Sanyal, learned Counsel appearing for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education is present and Mr. Vaisya, learned Counsel appears for the State. Heard all the parties.

The learned Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education is requested to consider this writ petition as an application before him and pass a reasoned order within six weeks from the date. The writ petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition to the learned Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education. The reasoned order should also be communicated to the petitioner at

an earliest.

The writ petition being WPA 4955 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
