In the judgment dated July 1, 2025, in the ordering portion (in paragraph 82), we had erroneously mentioned the learned Judge, Sixth Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta as "Single Judge, Seventh Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta". Let the said error be deemed to stand corrected and the above erroneous expression be read as "Judge, Sixth Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta".

Let this correction be deemed to stand incorporated in the judgment and decree dated July 1, 2025.

The expression "Judge, Seventh Bench", wherever else it is appearing in the said judgment, be also read as "Judge, Sixth Bench".
