It is submitted by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of The National Highway Authority of India (in short, "NHAI"), on instruction, that the land in question has not been acquired and the Notification under Section 3D of The National Highway Act, 1956 has not been published. Since the land of the petitioner has not been acquired, nothing remains in the writ petition. The writ petition being WPA No. 3309 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties on usual undertakings. (Suvra Ghosh,J)
