Nandy ... for the petitioner The records of the case reflect that the revisional application appeared on 14th of September, 2023, when none represented on behalf of the petitioner. The revisional application again appeared on 1st of March, 2024 and today, i.e. 4th of March, 2023. Today, when the revisional application is called, an accommodation has been sought for.

I have perused the revisional application and its enclosures and I find that only the report under section 173 Cr.p.c./charge-sheet has been enclosed but none of the documents under section 207 of the cr.p.c. has been enclosed along with the revisional application to properly adjudicate on the issue in respect of the prayer which has been advanced.

Having regard to the merits of the revisional application, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass all the issues at the appropriate stage of the trial

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 638 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
