Even today, the writ petitioner as well as the CESC Limited are represented through counsel; however, none appears for the applicant.

It appears that the applicant (private respondent in the original writ petition) does not intend to move the matter.

Accordingly, IA No: CAN 1 of 2022 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
