The petitioner complains on the alleged in action on the part of the Moyna Police Station in respect of several complaints against him. The Moyna police Station submits that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents who are neighbours. There are 8 or 9 complaints registered by the petitioner against the private respondent and two against the petitioner.

8 of the complaints of the petitioner have been registered as FIRs and have resulted in chargesheets. One charge-sheet has been filed against

the petitioner. There is another complaint pending against him.

Since the petitioner submits that he is unable to enter into his house he shall report to the Moyna Police Station, tomorrow at 2 p.m.. The Moyna P.S. shall ensure that the petitioner is able to return his house safely.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
