Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mrs. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Petitioner has expressed his intention to appear and surrender before the learned special court in connection with Kalilachak P. S. Case No. 1419 of 2021 dated 20-12-2021. In case the petitioner surrenders before the learned special court and prays for bail, the learned special court shall consider his application for bail in accordance with law.

. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 640 of 2023 is disposed of.
