Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. This is a subsequent application for pre-arrest bail. It is contended charge-sheet has been filed. Filing of charge-sheet is an aggravating and not a mitigating circumstance. Accordingly, we are not inclined to reconsider our earlier order rejecting the prayer for anticipatory bail.
