Fundamental issue involved in this revisional application is a prayer for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 1069 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Alipore.

It is submitted that the suit is pending since 2019 and few interlocutory applications are pending for disposal.

In this situation, I find no reason to ask the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite parties and service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Alipore is requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible after disposing all interlocutory applications pending in the suit.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Alipore. With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
