Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking damages due to the alleged illegal construction being carried out by the respondent nos.5, 6 and 7.

At the outset itself, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to seek civil remedies in accordance with law for claiming damages. 4.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies available in accordance with law.
