Name of the school is New Integrated Government School under BRGF (Backward Regions Grant Fund) Scheme, Salkia, Block Jamboni in the District Jhargram. This court does not have the jurisdiction to adjudicate such matters of Government Schools and hence the writ application is dismissed.

However, this dismissal will not create any impediment for the petitioner to take steps in accordance with the law before the forum where she is entitled to raise her grievances.
