2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits, upon instruction that, in compliance of the order passed by the Ombudsman, WBSEDCL has generated the bills of the petitioner. At the time of regeneration of bills, the amount already paid by the petitioner has not been adjusted.

3. It will be open for the petitioner to make appropriate application before the Station Manager, Madpur CCC highlighting all details and providing documentary evidence in support thereof.

4. The concerned Station Manager shall consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
