Mr. K. M. Hossain Mr. Kamal Mishra ...for the petitioner Mr. Suman Dey ...for the State The petitioner prays for condonation of shortfall of qualifying service on some grounds. The shortfall of service is one year two months. He says that there are some reasons for which he is not responsible. I direct the Director of School Education, Government of West Bengal to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to take a decision after hearing his submission on the ground that for such delay he is not wholly responsible. This hearing is to be given by eight weeks from date and order relating to that is to be passed by two weeks thereafter with a copy to the petitioner.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
